Mo is a founding member of the Charlotte Adult Baseball League, and the first president of CABL. 

Inducted to the Inaugural Class of Charlotte Adult Baseball League's Hall of Fame on the 7th of October of the year 2022.

As the first President of CABL, he took the league to a new level of organized baseball. He continues to pass on his knowledge and is a steward for the game both on and off the field. As a player, Mo managed many teams, won countless championships, and will forever be known as the Father of CABL.
